Job summary

Seal Solar in Arkansas is seeking a Solar Installer to install panels on homes and small businesses. You will handle mounting, basic wiring, and tool use with strict safety and efficient field operations.

The role requires physical stamina to lift panels, a willingness to travel to sites, and teamwork. Compensation is commensurate with experience; benefits include health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401K with company match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 1–2 years in construction or roofing.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to sites.
• Experience with mechanical installations and ladder work.
• Basic understanding of electrical wiring; safety-focused and team oriented.
• Physically able to lift and mount solar panels on roofs.

Responsibilities

• Mechanical/structural mounting of racking modules and electrical equipment.
• Assembly of mounting hardware.
• Attic work to verify structural attachment.
• Residential and commercial roof work and ground-mounted installs.
• Pull inventory for projects.
• Follow layout of solar modules.
• Maneuver heavy equipment and box truck with required DoT certifications.
• Attend mandatory training sessions on new products, methodology and safety.
• Perform PV system service as required.
