We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Solar Installer and Technician. In this role, you will assist our experienced solar installers with the installation of solar panels and related equipment. This position involves traveling with a crew to out-of-state projects (such as Pennsylvania and other nearby states) as well as local job sites.

• Learn to use and maintain roofing and electrical equipment
• Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with all regulations
• Assist with maintaining a clean and organized job site
