Sol-Up is seeking a Solar Installer to join the Installation team in the Sacramento area. You will prepare, inventory, and install PV systems, following Sol-Up quality standards and safety protocols on every job.

The role requires climbing, working at heights, and strong communication. A High School diploma, OSHA 10-Hour, and PV installation experience are expected, with full-time hours and benefits. Sol-Up emphasizes professional workmanship and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required with PV installation experience.
• Experience using manual and power tools and adherence to safety rules.
• Interest in renewable energy and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Install PV systems per drawings and codes using provided instructions.
• Identify hazards and plan module/layout for efficient installation.
• Assist with site prep, cleanup, and installation reports.
• Maintain a clean, organized work site and inventory.
• Pre-assemble job components with Warehouse team.
• Attend training on new products and safety procedures.
• Represent Sol-Up professionally and follow all safety protocols.
• Report accidents or unsafe conditions to management.
• Observe laws and regulations in all business activities.
