Job Description

The Solar Installer will focus on maximizing construction efforts and resource efficiency related to solar installation projects. They will travel with the crew, learn from leadership, and ensure all installation practices are safe and meet quality standards. The role requires understanding market requirements and supporting team members as a subject matter expert.

Travel: Up to 70% of travel in and out of state is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in the solar industry preferred but not required
• Knowledge of residential solar products (inverters, modules, etc.)
• OSHA 10 certification preferred or ability to obtain
• Valid US driver’s license, active for at least 4 years
• Clean driving record (no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than two in the past four years)
• Background check required for all new hires
