Job description

Job Title: Solar Installer

The Solar Installer will focus on maximizing construction efforts and resource efficiency related to solar installations. They will travel with the crew, learn from leadership, and ensure all installation practices meet safety and quality standards. The role involves understanding market requirements and supporting team members as a subject matter expert.

Travel Expectation: Up to 70% of travel in and out of state.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years in the solar industry (preferred but not required)
• Knowledge of residential solar products (inverters, modules, etc.)
• OSHA 10 certification or ability to obtain
• Valid US driver’s license, active for at least 4 years
• Clean driving record (no more than one moving violation in the past year, no more than two in four years)
• Background check required
