Intermountain Wind and Solar, LLC has full-time positions available for Solar Installers. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who are excited about renewable energy and want to be part of this growing industry.

Salary: Starting pay is $20.00 - $25.00, based on experience in construction or with solar.

Requirements

• All applicants must pass a pre-employment drug screen, D.O.T. drug screen, and physical exam to qualify as a driver with our company.

Responsibilities

Solar Installers will work on residential and commercial roofs to install solar panels using various mounting systems. Installers are expected to follow the crew leader's instructions to correctly install solar equipment.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift over 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work on flat and sloped roofs.
• Ability to learn and effectively use fall protection devices.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Ability to work well in a team, demonstrate a strong work ethic, and take pride in workmanship.
