Position Summary:

Job Duties:

• Load and unload a company vehicle with project materials.
• Transport materials to and from the roof or other structures for installation.
• Assemble and install all solar roof components efficiently and safely.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and complies with policies and applicable codes (e.g., NFPA-70/NEC, IRC).
• Follow all safety regulations and policies.
• Follow installation instructions provided by senior crew members.

Desired Qualifications:

• At least one year of solar installation experience preferred.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Experience with power and hand tools.
• Experience installing electrical components is a plus.
• Comfortable working at heights, on ladders, and in confined spaces.
• Physically capable of handling materials and equipment.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently throughout the workday.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for customer service.
• Punctuality and dedication to quality work.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions (sun, heat, cold, rain, crawl spaces).
• Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED.
