Job description

Job Title: Solar Installer

The Solar Installer will maximize construction efforts and resource efficiency related to solar installations. They will travel with the crew, learn, and be mentored by leadership to ensure safe installation practices and standardized quality. The role involves understanding market requirements and supporting team members as a key subject matter expert.

Travel Expectations: Up to 70% of travel in and out of state.

Qualifications:
  • 1+ years in the solar industry preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of residential solar products (inverters, modules, etc.).
  • OSHA 10 certification preferred or ability to obtain.
  • Valid US driver’s license, active for at least 4 years.
  • Clean driving record (no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than two in the past four years).
  • Background check required for all new hires.
