Ecohouse Solar, part of IGS Energy in Columbus, Ohio, seeks a Solar Installation Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot residential solar systems while upholding safety standards and delivering high-quality workmanship.
You will install PV systems per design, read blueprints, and perform testing. Collaborate with electricians, project managers, and foremen, and document work and materials for each project. A 1–3 year install background is required.
Job Summary: The Solar Installation Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting residential solar systems while adhering to safety standards and ensuring high-quality workmanship.
Enphase and SolarEdge Certification, NABCEP certification or equivalent (a plus). OASHA certifications a plus.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights on rooftops or ladders. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.

$44,970.00 - $71,950.00 *This range reflects base pay only. Incentive earnings, like commissions or bonuses, are not included. This role is also eligible for an annual incentive plan based on company performance.
