Job summary

Trinity Solar is seeking an Installation Crew Leader to oversee our residential solar installations. This hands-on role combines fieldwork with crew leadership to deliver safe, high-quality systems on time and on budget.

You will guide installers, provide technical support, document work, and communicate clearly with customers and internal teams while upholding company standards and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years solar installation, electrical, or related construction experience.
• Clean MVR and ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in residential solar installations, ensuring safety and quality.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and technical support to the crew.
• Document installations with photos, diagrams, and site notes.
• Coordinate with customers, inspectors, and internal teams.
• Maintain a safe, clean jobsite and safe operation of company vehicles.
