Job summary

SunCommon is seeking a seasoned Install Crew Supervisor to lead PV installation teams, plan site work, and drive safety and quality on residential and commercial projects in CT. The role blends field leadership with office coordination, requiring strong communication with Crew Leads and Ops leaders.

You will supervise on-site installations, evaluate site data with the design and program teams, and ensure compliance with NEC and SunCommon standards while traveling across the state as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading solar installations (residential and commercial).
• Electrical license or relevant wiring/interconnection experience.
• NABCEP PV Installation Professional certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation teams and ensure safe, efficient PV installations.
• Coordinate scheduling, field training, and KPI tracking with Ops leaders.
• Ensure NEC compliance and adherence to SunCommon standards.
