Job summary

Venture Home Group is seeking a Business Development Intern to join our inside sales team in Stamford, CT. This in-person role involves reaching out to homeowners, educating them on solar energy, and scheduling meetings with our sales team.

You will work closely with senior leadership and operations to support a smooth handoff to sales. You will learn hands-on about solar energy and home electrification, develop communication and customer service skills, and contribute to a fast-paced,

Responsibilities

Reach out to prospective customers by phone, email, and other approved channels.
Explain solar energy and home electrification basics to homeowners.
Identify opportunities for a conversation with the sales team.
Schedule qualified appointments and follow up with customers.
Coordinate outreach with senior leadership and operations.
Keep accurate records of conversations, appointments, and follow-ups.
Participate in training to strengthen communication and sales skills.
Work toward outreach and appointment-setting goals.
