Qualifications

• 3 years of direct experience as a PV solar technician or 6 years’ experience in a non-solar electrical maintenance role.
• Excellent writing and verbal skills.
• Valid U.S. Driver license with acceptable MVR history.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety requirements and best practices.
• Perform corrective, preventive, and emergency maintenance for solar PV systems.
• Communicate effectively across all necessary parts of the organization to achieve resolution.
