Job summary
Empower Your Home in Riverside, CA is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform residential solar service and warranty work safely and efficiently. You will troubleshoot modules, monitoring and storage systems, complete quality audits after installations, and ensure a strong customer experience.
Travel within California weekly, work on rooftops, and participate in safety meetings. Candidates should have 1–3 years in the solar industry, experience with Enphase, Tesla and SolarEdge monitoring,
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in the Solar industry.
- Solar service experience is required.
- Solar Battery installation experience is required.
- Knowledge with Enphase, Tesla and SolarEdge monitoring systems.
- Must be willing to travel.
- Current Driver’s license and clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Complete service and warranty related projects.
- Complete quality audits post installation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve solar warranty and service issues.
- Investigate and repair reported roof leaks.
- Troubleshoot AC/DC systems.
- Attend weekly safety and department meetings.
- Document all projects in CRM and close tickets.
