Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training a plus.
• Basic electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems understanding.
• Ability to perform Lock Out/Tag Out procedures and operate safely.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety and enforce safe work practices on site.
• Operate and maintain solar equipment across plants under supervision.
• Run basic testing, troubleshooting and maintenance with monitoring programs.
• Replace or repair solar parts under supervision and document work.
• Be on-call for emergency repairs and maintain accurate reports.
• Collaborate with EPC management on safety and process improvements.
