Qualifications

5–6+ years of engineering or construction engineering experience.
Prior experience as a Solar Field Engineer or Project Engineer on utility-scale solar construction projects.
Strong understanding of renewable energy generation systems and large-scale construction projects.

Responsibilities

Support solar project management teams with technical issues.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with requirements.
Manage project RFIs, NCRs, and change orders.
Prepare weekly project reports and communicate status.
