Qualifications

• 5–6+ years of engineering or construction engineering experience.
• Prior experience as a Solar Field Engineer or Project Engineer on utility-scale solar construction projects.
• Strong understanding of renewable energy generation systems and large-scale construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Support solar project management teams with technical issues.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Manage project RFIs, NCRs, and change orders.
• Prepare weekly project reports and communicate status.
