Job summary

Ipro Networks Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Solar Field Engineer / Project Engineer to support utility-scale solar construction projects across Virginia. This role requires 5-6+ years of engineering experience and strong knowledge of renewable energy systems.

Responsibilities include resolving technical issues, coordinating with stakeholders, and monitoring compliance with contract requirements. Up to 75% travel is expected, along with a 12-month contract offering a pay rate of $40-$42/hr.

Qualifications

• 5–6+ years engineering or construction engineering experience.
• Prior experience in utility-scale solar construction projects.
• Strong understanding of power distribution systems.

Responsibilities

• Support project management teams with technical issue resolution.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including EPC contractors.
• Monitor construction progress and compliance with contracts.
• Prepare weekly project reports.
