Job summary

Sunrun Inc. is seeking an Electrification Manager to oversee multiple solar installation crews and inspection personnel. You will ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and an exceptional customer experience across residential projects.

You will organize, motivate, and train field teams, manage KPIs, and collaborate with operations and customer success to forecast work and optimize capacity. The role emphasizes leadership, compliance, and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum five years of construction experience, with at least two years in a leadership role.
• Must pass driving background check; valid driver’s license; age 21+.
• Electrical Journeyman license or general construction license preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certifications current.
• Proven leadership, safety-first mindset, and ability to build a high-performing team.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision making.
• Technical knowledge of construction/electrical/PV installation and relevant software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver against installation and inspection volume forecasts and KPIs.
• Ensure safety training and equipment for all crew members.
• Apply Best Practices across branch operations.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and address concerns.
• Maintain knowledge of electrical/construction codes; act as SME.
• Provide accurate installation forecasts and capacity planning.
• Coordinate with Customer Success to execute construction schedules.
• Organize and optimize crew structure and schedules.
• Lead training on safety, quality, and customer service.
• Conduct safety inspections and provide actionable feedback.
• Manage administrative duties and documentation.
• Lead weekly safety toolbox talks.
• Support on project installations as needed.
