Job summary

You will supervise technicians, ensure compliance, and drive reliability across multiple plants. Key requirements include 4+ years in solar maintenance, solid understanding of solar equipment and control devices, and ability to operate system monitoring tools

Qualifications

• Four+ years in solar facility maintenance and repair.
• Advanced computer operation and monitoring app usage.
• Knowledge of solar systems, protection and control devices.
• Ability to troubleshoot network and telemetry issues.
• Able to pass electrical schematics and troubleshooting exams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and supervise site maintenance and repairs as directed.
• Implement repairs to solar equipment with safety as priority.
• Oversee safety regulations and work procedures for the team.
• Communicate safety rules to the crew and stakeholders.
• Train Solar Technician levels I–IV and provide reports.
• Prepare site operation documentation and reports.
