Job summary

Trinity Solar is seeking an Installation Crew Leader to oversee residential solar system installations. This hands-on, field-based role blends installation work with crew leadership to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.

You will guide your crew, provide technical support, and collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve on-site challenges while meeting company standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude for tools, ladders, and working at heights.
• Strong attention to detail, time management and problem solving.
• Proven ability to lead by example and maintain a productive team.
• Clear, professional communication with customers, inspectors, and teammates.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and consistent attendance.
• Clean MVR and ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in installing residential solar modules, racking, and equipment per NEC and safety standards.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and technical support to the installation crew.
• Document installations thoroughly with photos, diagrams, and site details.
• Submit installation paperwork and materials promptly.
• Communicate clearly with customers, inspectors, and internal teams.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional jobsite at all times.
• Safely operate and maintain company vehicles per policies.
• Support additional installation duties as assigned.
