Job summary

CoVolt Power is seeking field-based Operators to support the mechanical scope of our solar field projects. This hands-on role is located at the project site in Krum, Texas, and requires a positive, feedback-ready mindset.

The ideal candidate will operate heavy equipment (blade, loader, scraper, roller, backhoe, excavator, tractor), follow safety rules, perform routine maintenance, and read manuals. GED or equivalent, at least 1 year of experience, equipment certifications and a valid driver's

Qualifications

• GED or equivalent education required.
• Minimum 1 year of construction or field experience.
• Equipment certifications as required.
• Current driver's license with appropriate endorsements.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong safety awareness and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment (blade, loader, scraper, roller, backhoe, excavator, tractor) on the solar field.
• Follow safety regulations and work procedures on site.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Read and interpret safety rules and operation manuals.
• Document field decisions and report progress to supervisors.
• Collaborate with team to meet project milestones.
