Job summary

CoVolt Power is seeking Operators to support the mechanical scope of our solar and BESS projects. The role is field-based at our Krum, Texas site, requiring a positive, feedback-friendly attitude and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities include operating blade, loader, scraper, roller, backhoe, excavator, and tractor equipment, with strict adherence to safety and quality standards on construction sites in varied weather conditions.

Qualifications

• GED or equivalent education.
• Minimum 1 year experience in construction or field operations.
• Equipment certifications as required by job scope.
• Valid driver’s license with necessary endorsements.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment listed above on field projects.
• Follow prescribed safety regulations and procedures.
• Perform routine maintenance and detect equipment malfunctions.
• Document field decisions and reporting as required.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions and maintain teamwork.
