Job summary

CoVolt Power is seeking field-based Operators to support the Mechanical Scope of solar field projects at the Krum, Texas site. You will operate heavy equipment, follow safety rules, and contribute to on-site construction activities in varying weather conditions.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliable documentation, and hands-on learning to support de-risked project delivery for North American renewable assets.

Qualifications

• GED or equivalent education required.
• Minimum 1 year of field construction experience.
• Equipment certifications as required.
• Valid driver’s license with endorsements as required by law.
• Must work outdoors in variable weather conditions.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds.
• Safety-focused and able to follow procedures.
• Interview policy: AI note-takers prohibited.
