Job summary

CoVolt Power is seeking Operators to support the mechanical scope of solar field projects on their site in Krum, Texas. The role is field-based and hands-on, focusing on operating heavy equipment and collaborating with the team to safely build renewable infrastructure.

Ideal candidates are motivated to learn, adhere to safety standards, and contribute to project deliveries under varying weather conditions. GED or equivalent, 1+ year experience, and required equipment certifications apply.

Qualifications

• Must have safety-first mindset and ability to follow on-site rules.
• Capable of operating listed earthmoving equipment safely and efficiently.
• Be able to conduct basic maintenance and troubleshoot simple issues.
• Proficient in reading safety rules, instruction manuals and load charts.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying weather and terrain.

• Operate blade in field-based projects.

• Operate scraper to move materials.
• Operate roller to compact surfaces.
• Operate backhoe for digging and trenching.
