RWE Americas, LLC is hiring a Solar Farm Technician II for a full-time, permanent role in Nevada. The technician will perform preventative and corrective maintenance across civil, mechanical, and electrical scopes at a solar farm, focusing on safety and maximizing generation.

The role requires Texas? No. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma, an associate degree preferred, and relevant licenses. Travel to sites and strong safety culture are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
• NABCEP Certification or Electrical License preferred.
• Unrestricted driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Test, maintain, and troubleshoot solar PV electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Ensure tasks are performed safely and by site procedures.
• Complete LOTO, JSA’s, Permit to Work, and job-specific documentation.
