Job summary

Greenvolt Next is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the construction of a new Solar Farm in Ireland. You will manage on-site activities, ensure safety, on-time delivery, and adherence to budget and quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication with subcontractors and stakeholders, and extensive knowledge of construction and renewable energy projects. Based in Ireland, you will coordinate with European teams and report to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, with renewables preferred.
• Relevant certifications in construction management and health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations on the construction site.
• Coordinate and manage all subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure all work aligns with project plans, specifications, and schedules.
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Manage site resources, including labour, materials, and equipment.
