Job summary

Cinterra is seeking a skilled Equipment Operator to support large utility and commercial solar projects. You will operate Skid Steer, Off Road Forklifts, and UTVs, ensuring safe, efficient installation work and high-quality results across demanding sites.

Responsibilities include daily equipment maintenance, safety compliance, documentation, reporting of defects, and mentoring junior crew members while coordinating with site management to meet project milestones.

Qualifications

• Six months of solar experience with certification in equipment.
• OSHA 10 or higher and knowledge of solar installation safety protocols.
• Ability to identify and resolve installation issues under pressure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Equipment Operation: Ensure proper operation of assigned equipment during installation.
• Equipment Maintenance: Inspect and maintain equipment daily for uptime.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety regulations and ensure safe practices on site.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain maintenance records and report material deficiencies.
• Training and Development: Mentor installation team members and support site management.
