Cinterra is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator for Fortress Fencing projects in CoBAR, Arizona. You will operate Skid Steer, Off Road Forklifts and UTVs on large utility and solar installations, ensuring safe, efficient work to the highest standards.

The role requires six months of solar experience with equipment certification, OSHA 10, and a valid driver\'s license. You will maintain equipment, document inspections, and mentor crew members on safety and operations.

Qualifications

• Six months of solar experience and certification in relevant equipment.
• OSHA 10 or higher with knowledge of safety regulations for solar installations.
• Valid driver\'s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication, organization and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to work safely on site.

Responsabilités

• Operate Skid Steer, Off Road Forklifts and UTVs to run installation operations.
• Maintain and inspect equipment daily to ensure serviceability and uptime.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure safe working conditions for crews.
• Document maintenance records and safety inspections; report material deficiencies.
• Mentor and train installation team members to improve technical skills.
