Job summary

Cinterra is seeking a skilled Equipment Operator to work on large utility and solar projects. You will operate Skid Steer, Off Road Forklifts and UTVs, ensuring safe, efficient progress and high-quality results on site.

Responsibilities include equipment maintenance, safety compliance, documentation, and mentoring installation team members. Ability to lift heavy loads and work in varied conditions is required.

Qualifications

• Six months of solar installation experience.
• OSHA 10 or higher certification.
• Ability to operate equipment safely and follow procedures.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate skid steer, off-road forklifts, and UTVs to support installation projects.
• Maintain equipment and report any malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Ensure safe work areas and proper signaling for ground crews.
• Document maintenance records and inspections as required.
• Provide training and guidance to installation team members as needed.
