Job summary

Solar Energy Solutions in Kentucky is seeking a Construction Project Manager to own EPC solar projects from handoff to customer training. You will coordinate engineering, procurement, and construction, manage budgets, and ensure on-time delivery with quality outcomes.

You will oversee 10–20 active projects at a time, work with internal teams and customers, and track project financials, milestones, and profitability using HubSpot and MS 365 tools.

Qualifications

• Experience leading solar or construction EPC projects.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and schedules.
• Strong communication with customers and internal teams.
• Proficiency with HubSpot and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead kickoff and planning; confirm scope, terms, and expectations.
• Coordinate design, procurement, and construction; monitor scope and budget.
• Manage permitting, scheduling crews, and tracking progress on sites.
• Own job P&L, change orders, and billing milestones.
