You will conduct in-home consultations, explain incentives and financing options, and guide customers from first contact to contract. We value consultative sales, customer relationships, and a proactive approach to lead generation and closing deals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential sales or energy sector.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Studies or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales process from initial contact to contract signing.
• Conduct in-home consultations to tailor solar solutions.
• Explain solar technology and incentives to customers.
• Generate leads via community engagement and referrals.
• Follow up with leads and guide prospects through evaluation and sales.
• Maintain CRM records and nurture client relationships.
