Candidates with 2+ years in residential sales, strong communication, and solar knowledge will thrive; compensation includes base, commission and bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in residential sales or energy sector.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Studies or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to use proposals and virtual consultations.

Responsabilités

• Drive the Sugar Hollow Solar sales process from initial contact to contract signing.
• Conduct in-home consultations to understand energy needs and goals.
• Explain solar technology, incentives and financing options.
• Generate leads through community engagement, referrals and events.
• Follow up with leads to schedule consultations and guide decisions.
• Maintain CRM records and nurture client relationships.
• Stay informed about industry trends and incentives.
