Ethical Energy Solar is seeking a Solar Energy Advisor to generate leads, build client relationships, and present tailored home solar solutions in PA. The role involves on-site assessments, site-specific proposals, and travel to customer locations as part of a collaborative team.

You’ll work with a fast-growing energy company offering base pay plus commission, paid training, and opportunities for leadership.

• Calculate potential solar production for each property — factoring in climate, shading, and roof orientation.
• Create customized energy management packages that deliver maximum value and savings.
• Develop marketing strategies and outreach plans to connect with target customers.

Schedule: Full-time | Make your own schedule and hours

Compensation: Base + Commission (Top advisors earn $300k+)
