Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential electrical experience including service upgrades.
• Proven knowledge of NEC codes related to solar, battery storage and service panels.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Capable of working independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform Main Panel Upgrades (MPUs) or other residential service changes for solar energy systems.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in homes.
• Perform electrical wiring, conduit layout, and grounding per codes.
• Read drawings/diagrams to determine layouts and requirements.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues with testing devices.
• Collaborate with on-site teams to meet project timelines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
• Complete project documentation and communicate with crew and customers.
