Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential electrical experience with service upgrades.
• Knowledge of NEC codes related to solar and service panels.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with safety equipment and PV systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform Main Panel Upgrades (MPUs) or other residential service changes to support solar energy systems
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential settings
• Perform electrical wiring, conduit layout, and grounding to code
• Read and interpret blueprints/diagrams for electrical layouts
• Troubleshoot electrical issues with testing devices
• Collaborate with construction teams to meet project requirements
• Maintain a clean, safe job site and document work
• Communicate effectively with crew, lead, field leadership, and customer
