Job summary

You will coordinate wiring to 600 VDC and 480 VAC, train and supervise 2-4 installers, manage time sheets, and maintain strong communication with customers and field teams while upholding safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• Minimum 3 years experience including 1 year of solar installation experience.
• Electrical Journeyman certification or license preferred.
• Prior experience leading teams of 2-4 preferred.
• Experience with electrical work up to 600 VDC and 480 VAC.
• CPR and First Aid certifications up to date.

Responsibilities

• Lead removal and reinstall of residential solar projects including interconnection to the grid.
• Safely lead or assist solar battery installations when assigned.
• Organize, train, and manage crew to meet guidelines and timeframes.
• Check crew progress hourly and ensure safe, efficient installations.
• Ensure NEC and local codes are met during work.
