Job summary

Advanced Roofing is seeking a skilled electrical helper for onsite solar installation projects in Florida. You will assist electricians, install modules and wiring, and help with power-down procedures on active sites. The role requires 1–2 years of hands-on electrical experience and a valid driver's license.

Skills, Experience, and Knowledge Required

Education

Experience

• 1 to 2 years on the job training in a similar role
• Prior electrical experience preferred

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
• Successful Pre‑Employment Drug and Agility tests
• Comfortable climbing ladders up to 60 ft tall
• Ability to lift 100 LBS or more
• Successful Background Check
• State‑wide travel required
• Ability to decipher between different colors of wiring
• Ability to use basic electrical hand tools (pliers, electrician scissors, wire strippers, etc)
• Ability to use electrical equipment like thermal scanners, circuit tracers and multimeters
• Good listening skills
• Fine motor skills
• Good communication skills

• Full time onsite
• Ability to work in a safe professional manner adhering to all regulatory requirements including, OSHA, State and Federal regulations.
