Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Electrical installation experience preferred.
• Certified electrical trainee preferred depending on state requirements.
• Must maintain a clean driving record and pass a background check.
• Must be 21+ with a valid driver's license.
• Knowledge of NEC and applicable codes/standards.
• Safety-focused with adherence to company policies and OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in installation of electrical systems interconnecting solar array to client grid.
• Assist with solar battery installations when assigned.
• Troubleshoot system problems and help resolve electrical issues.
• Assemble racking and solar array components.
• Assist with trenching, concrete work, and equipment assembly.
• Ensure safety, quality, and customer service across tasks.
• Travel to job sites as required (100% travel).
