Job summary

Black & Veatch Family of Companies is seeking an Electrical Superintendent - Solar in Cleveland, MS. The role reports to the construction leadership and oversees direct hire supervision, field engineering, and craft performance to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence on solar projects.

You will coordinate with craft supervisors, manage look-ahead planning, review timesheets, and support RFIs and extra-work requests.

Qualifications

• 1+ years construction field leadership experience on equivalent projects.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Pre-employment checks (background, drug screen, MVR) may be required.

Responsibilities

• Monitors solar construction activities per CPM schedule and reports progress.
• Co-ordinates craft supervision and daily/weekly planning.
• Ensures safety, quality and schedule compliance.
• Maintains daily site logs and manages timesheets and progress payments.
• Supports procurement and change-management processes.
• Executes work packages and ensures resource availability on site.
