Job summary

Moss is seeking a Solar Electrical Superintendent to coordinate and supervise electrical craft work on utility-scale solar sites across multiple states. You will lead forepersons and subcontractors, manage planning, safety, and scheduling, and travel as needed to meet project goals.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of supervisory experience in large industrial construction, strong knowledge of electrical drawings, and prior solar construction exposure.

Qualifications

• Must prioritize safety and lead by example with OSHA 30 certification.
• Experience installing electrical systems in solar or heavy industrial settings.
• Strong supervisory and planning/scheduling abilities.
• Ability to read isometric and orthographic electrical drawings and specs.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and material/logistics.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and coordinate electrical craft activities and manpower.
• Interface with engineering, estimating, and planning to ensure drawings and schedules are followed.
• Monitor safety compliance and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure materials, inspections, and support align with the schedule.
• Travel as required to support multi-state solar sites.
