?Unknown company? seeks a confident construction project manager to lead and oversee commercial solar/electrical projects from kickoff to closeout. You will handle procurement, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and site oversight while ensuring safety and code compliance.

The role requires precise scheduling, strong communication with stakeholders, and a track record of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Lake Mary, FL office-based with local travel as needed.

Formación

• 3+ years of proven success managing commercial construction projects.
• Strong ability to read blueprints, build accurate material/labor estimates, and navigate project plans.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (G Suite) and AutoCAD.
• Excellent interpersonal, time management, and problem-solving abilities with a proven track record of meeting strict deadlines.
• Solar or electrical construction experience is required.

Responsabilidades

• Project Execution: Lead, drive, and manage commercial construction projects from kickoff to final closeout.
• Material & Equipment Procurement: Build out material requirements, generate accurate purchase orders, and coordinate delivery schedules to ensure job sites have necessary resources without project delays.
• Budgeting & Cost Management: Conduct cost analysis and manage project budgets to drive profitability.
• Subcontractor & Vendor Management: Oversee subcontractor bid requests, contracting, and vendor relationships.
• On-Site Oversight: Monitor on-site progress for both self-performed and subcontracted work to ensure compliance with building codes, QA/QC policies, and safety standards.
• Quality & Blueprint Accuracy: Ensure all installations strictly align with project drawings and high performance standards.
• Client & Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison between company leadership, customers, field teams, and vendors.

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday (Hours vary based on project needs)
Location: Corporate Office in Lake Mary, FL (some local/regional travel required based on job needs)
Compensation: Starting at $70,000/year (based on experience) + Bonus Potential

Key Responsibilities
