Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years managing commercial construction projects.
• Strong ability to read blueprints and estimate material/labor.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and AutoCAD.
• Excellent interpersonal, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Solar or electrical construction experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial construction projects from kickoff to closeout.
• Coordinate material orders and delivery to avoid delays.
• Analyze budgets and drive profitability.
• Manage subcontractors and vendor relationships.
• Monitor on-site progress and ensure safety and QA/QC.
• Ensure installations meet drawings and performance standards.
• Serve as primary liaison with leadership, customers, and field teams.
