Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial construction project management.
• Ability to read blueprints and estimate materials and labor.
• Experience with solar or electrical construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage commercial construction projects from kickoff to closeout.
• Form material requirements and issue purchase orders; coordinate deliveries.
• Manage budgets and cost control for profitability.
• Oversee subcontractors and vendors; ensure safety and QA/QC.
• Ensure installations align with drawings and standards.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders; coordinate with teams.
