Job summary

Blue Raven Solar (a Complete Solar company) is seeking an experienced Solar Crew Lead to oversee the installation of residential solar systems. You will guide a small crew of 2–4 installers, ensure safety practices, maintain quality standards, and meet project deadlines.

This role requires hands-on leadership, the ability to explain the work to customers, and coordination with fleet management. Travel to local job sites and occasional overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience supervising solar installation crews.
• Experience leading a 2–4 person crew.
• Familiar with PV systems and safe installation practices.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Ability to lift, climb, balance, stoop and kneel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a crew of 2–4 installers daily.
• Maintain safety and ORM procedures on site.
• Ensure quick, quality installation and good customer service.
• Explain work and system details to customers on site.
• Coordinate with fleet management as needed.
• Keep job sites clean and presentable during and after installation.
• Motivate and support install crew and resolve concerns.
