Job summary

Blue Raven Solar is seeking an experienced Solar Crew Lead to supervise the installation of residential solar energy systems. You will guide a small crew, ensure safety and quality, and meet project deadlines while providing customers with clear explanations of work to be performed.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership in a customer-facing, fast-paced environment with occasional travel and weekend hours as workload requires.

Qualifications

• Experience with residential or commercial solar installation.
• Experience leading a crew of 2-4 installers.
• Familiarity with PV systems and various install locations.
• Commitment to OSHA safety practices and construction site safety.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a crew of 2-4 installers daily.
• Maintain heightened awareness of safety risks and implement ORM procedures.
• Ensure quick and efficient installation of systems while providing excellent customer service.
• Explain work and system details to customers on-site.
• Coordinate with fleet management as needed.
• Keep job sites clean and presentable during and after installation.
• Motivate and support install crew and resolve concerns as needed.
