Job summary

ACT Power Services seeks a Control Center Operator/Engineer to monitor and control a diverse solar and storage fleet from The ARCC. You will provide technical support to field technicians, analyze performance, and respond to system alarms.

This role offers exposure to policy shaping and growth within a fast‑growing renewables organization. You will work on‑site with rotating shifts and occasional on‑call duties, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to maximize facility

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of electrical theory and systems.
• Experience monitoring, troubleshooting, and operating in power generation or industrial facilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop procedures for efficient operation of solar and storage facilities.
• Monitor real-time and long-term performance via remote DAS/SCADA systems.
• Respond to alarms and coordinate remote actions or notifications.
• Serve as central contact for plant managers, operators, utilities, and clients.
