Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in control center operations.
• Knowledge of electrical substation safety protocols and operations.
• Familiarity with NERC standards and impact on operations.
• Proficiency with SCADA and electrical plant processes.
• Ability to follow operating procedures without exception.
• Experience in maintaining solar/wind generation assets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a growing renewable asset portfolio (wind, solar, BESS).
• Monitor SCADA for faults, alarms, and performance; dispatch if needed.
• Adjust real power, voltage, and power factor as directed by system operators.
• Generate operational reports to grid entities and regulators.
• Coordinate with field O&M for troubleshooting and outages.
• Maintain logs and documentation per regulatory standards.
