Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in control room operations or similar environment.
• Familiarity with NERC standards and their impact on operations.
• Ability to follow operating procedures strictly and accurately.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with field personnel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of utility-scale solar, wind, and BESS assets.
• Monitor portfolio via SCADA for faults, alarms, and performance deviations.
• Adjust plant parameters (Real Power, Voltage, Power Factor) as directed.
• Generate and submit operational reports to grid entities.
• Coordinate outages and communicate with O&M teams and TOP.
• Maintain logs and ensure regulatory compliance and safety practices.
