Eosol Group is seeking Solar Project Supervisors in the USA to lead on-site construction activities for cutting-edge photovoltaic projects. The role requires ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery across site management, mechanical, electrical, and civil areas.

Strong English communication skills (C1) are mandatory; Spanish is a plus. A valid USA work visa is required, with competitive salary and benefits in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of direct, proven experience in photovoltaic projects in your specialized field.
• Advanced level of English proficiency (C1) both spoken and written.
• Spanish language is a plus but not required.
• Valid work visa for the USA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site management, coordinating resources, schedules, and progress on solar construction projects.
• Supervise mechanical installation of mounting structures, trackers, and associated equipment.
• Oversee electrical installation, including wiring, inverters, substations, and grid connections.
• Implement and enforce rigorous quality control throughout construction to meet specs and industry standards.
• Monitor civil works, foundations, access roads, drainage, and structural integrity.
• Champion HSE, develop and enforce safety plans, conduct inspections, ensure regulatory compliance.
