Job summary

Eosol Group is seeking a Civil/Mechanical Supervisor to oversee civil and mechanical works for a photovoltaic construction project. You will coordinate teams, manage resources, and ensure work is performed to the highest standards on site.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of civil/mechanical supervision experience, PV project background, and strong English skills. A valid U.S. work visa is required as we operate within a global team.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in civil/mechanical supervision.
• Proven experience in photovoltaic projects.
• Valid U.S. work visa.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all civil works on site.
• Oversee mechanical installations and ensure they meet project specifications.
• Monitor construction progress and report on timelines and potential issues.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
• Manage and lead site teams, fostering a collaborative and productive atmosphere.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges effectively.
• Maintain accurate site records and documentation.
